Fitness Factory

The Workout of the Day, or WOD, is what fitness factory is all about. Each class is led by one of our qualified coaches and starts with a warm up to get your blood flowing and muscles ready for work. Next comes a skill or strength session where you work on a particular lift or gymnastic movement to improve your strength & technique.

Gymnastics

This is a class that focuses primarily on flexibility, strength, and proper technique for advanced and basic gymnastics movements common in fitness such as handstands, pull-ups, toes-to-bar, muscle ups, rope climbs, sit-ups, push-ups, etc. Becoming efficient and effective in moving your own body weight is critical to your fitness.

Functional Hypetrophy

Functional Hypertrophy is a term that I often use. The main reason for that is the importance of Functional Hypertrophy for success in strengthtraining. And its importance makes Functional Hypertrophy a cornerstone of my work as a strength coach. Functional Hypertrophy basically means that we increase the muscular size while making it practical and useful rather than just attractive.

Fat Burning

Then fun begins with the WOD itself. These are intense workouts, usually lasting between ten and twenty minutes, designed to push your strength, cardio-respiratory fitness and endurance. Encouraged by the coaches and the rest of the group you will learn to push yourself, not in competition with anyone other than yourself.

Glute Class

Glute Gains focuses on controlled movements and time under tension to lift & shape your glutes. Build lower body lean muscle & add functional strength with this resistance band led workout. Using a resistance band allows you to adjust the tension of the resistance band in order to increase the load - that means you can find a level to suit your fitness level and personal goals.

Olympic Weightlifting Class

Our Olympic Weightlifting program focuses on the three contested Olympic lifts the snatch, the clean and the jerk. We place a heavy emphasis on Olympic Weightlifting due to the sport’s unique ability to develop an athlete’s explosive power, control of external objects, and mastery of critical motor recruitment patterns. We are focus on technique and move up in light weight and don't move up weight faster.
